No longer are you confined to speeding through levels on a 2D plane. Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2 Battle switch up the original trilogy’s formula drastically. However, for every Sonic Unleashed and Sonic The Hedgehog 2006 that we receive, absolute classics like Sonic Adventure 2 Battle are also created. The Sonic franchise of games has shown us that the jump from 2D to 3D is not as easy as a certain plumber would have many believe.
